  On 02/12/13 at 11:10 AM PST I dialed (888) 318-1845 to contact Safe ID Lok. Yet again Regina answered my call. I asked to please speak to the supervisor Mike as this was the person Regina notified me that would be in charge of handling this important issue back on 11/29/12 and Mike nor any decision maker has ever spoke to me or tried to follow up on this important matter yet, despite my diligent efforts. I was not surprised when Regina place me on hold for about two minutes while she was in the process of transferring my call to Mike only for Regina to come back on the line and state that Mike is not in the office at all today. I notified Regina that Scambook has the option to immediately call the Attorney Generals in all 50 states and to work with the FCC and FTC to resolve this matter immediately and if Safe ID Lok chooses to ignore and not return any of Scambook's numerous calls, emails and first class mail the complaints will be escalated to government relationships. Regina recorded all of my contact information yet again and promised she would have a decision maker of Safe ID Lok return my call today. I will update the public as this investigation is taking longer than necessary.
